Diner Terms

1. Your agreement is with the venue

Foodix provides the technology a venue uses to offer its menu, ordering, payment, booking and loyalty. When you place an order, make a payment or book a table, your contract for the food, drink, goods or reservation is with the venue, not with Foodix. The venue is responsible for its menu, prices, availability, fulfilment, and for resolving issues with your order or booking.

2. Using the service

You may need to enter limited details (such as your name, email or phone) to order, pay, book or join loyalty. Provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it. Some features open a payment flow operated by a third-party payment provider.

3. Payments

Payments you make are processed by a regulated third-party Payment Processor (e.g. Stripe), which may support Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards. Foodix does not store your full card details and does not hold your funds. Refunds are issued by the venue under its own policy; please contact the venue first. Tips you choose to add are passed to the venue.

4. Reservations & deposits

Where you book a table, the venue sets any deposit, cancellation and no-show terms shown to you at the time of booking, and decides whether a no-show occurred. Any deposit or no-show charge is collected on the venue's behalf via the Payment Processor. Foodix is not a party to your reservation.

5. Allergens & food information

Menu, allergen and nutrition information is provided by the venue. While we display it as supplied, you should always confirm allergens and dietary requirements directly with the venue's staff before ordering, especially for severe allergies. Foodix is not responsible for the accuracy of venue-supplied information.

6. Loyalty (Saha Pass)

If you join a venue's loyalty programme, points and rewards have no cash value, are set by the venue, and may expire or change. You can request deletion of your loyalty profile at any time (see Data Deletion).

7. Privacy

How your data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. For data you provide through a venue's menu, the venue is the data controller and Foodix acts as its processor.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodix is not liable for the acts or omissions of any venue or payment provider, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service will not exceed AED 500 (or the amount of the affected transaction, if lower). Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.

9. Governing law

These Diner Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
